How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do you do Pre Pool inspections?Yes i do pre pool inspections! I generally will charge no fee if it is an existing pool, (and that their has been changes made to the exsiting boundary fences or gates that surround the pool.) Subject to getting me back to do a full re inspection to make it compliant. Alsp Pre pool fencing barrier advice to new pools, on where to erect your new fencing and navigating issues that could make it non compliant. ( The Price is $50)

How long does an Inspection take?Generally if your pool is well maintained and no issues are found, an inspection will take a minimum of 30 minutes.

How many years is a Pool Certificate valid for?A Form 23 Pool Safety Certificate is valid for 2 years in Queensland.

What happens if my pool is non compliant?If your pool is non compliant, you will be issued with a Form 26 Non compliance notice. This notice gives you 3 months to rectify the non compliance issues. Failure to rectify the issues could result in a fine from your local council up to $10,000.

Pool Safety Inspection:$250 (Including the price of the Certificate, Inspection Report, Re Inspection Fees if needed.)
